What is a pioneer?
A pioneer is an early adopter in any field, who disrupts an entrenched way of doing business. The term was coined by Elon Musk during the early days of Tesla, when he was exploring the idea of an automaking company. Although, now it seems like everyone has a ‘pioneering’ idea, most of us only start thinking about it when we realize it is our hometown. ## How does it work?
A.The idea for the project was to create a tool that can track the health of students, faculty, and staff at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). We are a government-aided educational institution in India. We want to make it simple for the public and private sector to track the progress of their students, faculty, and staff.
B.The implementation of the tool should be seamless, easy to use, and allow easy access to data.

## In case of failure, how to recover from it?
A.To get back to the drawing board, we will be conducting an audit of the entire software development process in the coming months. We will be looking at the quality of code, implementation of features, and the suitability of the tool for its purpose.
B.To gain insight into the metrics of our business, we will be looking at monitoring the performance of students, faculty, and staff at the school. We will be looking at their health, fitness, and productivity. Finally, to get a view into the business model of the company, we will be looking at measuring the growth of the business by analyzing the number of students, faculty, and staff joining and leaving the company each year.
