Pina Colada Mocktail
If you’re having guests over this summer and want to offer them something sweet and cold that they’ll love without any adult options, try out our Pina Colada recipe below! Kids will be fighting to get some as well 😉
Ingredients – one cup of ice, coconut milk (we used a canned variety), pineapple juice or syrup, rum
In Blender container combine ingredients and mix until smooth. Serve in a tall glass with straw. Store any leftover mixture in the fridge for up to two weeks if sealed well! You can also freeze leftovers by transferring mixtures into an airtight freezer-safe pitcher and freezing it overnight before serving again chilled.
To make Pina Colada cocktail, you’ll need a blender, one cup of ice cubes (or crushed ice), coconut milk or canned cream of coconut, pineapple juice or pineapple syrup and rum. Blend the ingredients together until they all mix well. Serve in glass with straws. If planning on storing any leftovers for later use, seal them tightly before placing into fridge or freezer to prevent spoiling

Mojito Mocktail
This is a great option for those who like the taste of mint or lime with their alcohol. It’s light and refreshing, perfect for warmer weather!
Mojito Mocktail: Ingredients – mint leaves, sugar cubes, lime wedges/slices, limescale water; optional but recommended – club soda or seltzer water. Optional add-ons include strawberries & blueberries or honeycomb candy pieces.
To make Mojito mocktails add lime wedges to the bottom of a glass. Crush sugar cubes and mint leaves together (using your fingers) in a bowl until they form a wet paste, then add three or four ice cubes to it. Stir with more crushed/fresh mint leaves, if desired. Strain mixture into the glasses filled with large chunks of ice and top off with club soda or seltzer water; optional but recommended – garnish glass rim with salt for extra flavor!
To make Strawberry-Mint Margarita Mocktail: Place six fresh strawberries on shaved ice along with two tablespoons of chopped fresh mint leaves in each cocktail shaker cup*. Fill cups halfway up with warm water from tap, followed by one shot each white rum or vodka*

To make start martini mocktail by MK Library combine one part cranberry juice with two parts club soda in a cocktail shaker cup*
Fill the shaker until both liquids are about halfway up, followed by ice cubes and lime vodka. Shake well or stir (depending on preference) to combine. Pour into glass and top off with seltzer water for extra fizziness!
To make Spicy Rum Punch Mocktail: Add four tablespoons of tea mix*, preferably fruit-flavored iced green tea powder, to each cocktail shaker cup*; fill cups halfway up with warm water from tap. Fill remainder of cups with rum*. Shake well or stir (depending on preference) until combined. Serve over ice and enjoy your favorite drink guilt free at any time during daylight.
