Central Visayas is a region of the Philippines that includes the island province of Cebu. Throughout its history, the island has been inhabited by people worldwide, each of whom has left their mark on the culture. Cebu City is a great place to live and work for those who visit the city regularly.

While there are other places to get reliable internet and coworking spaces, this is the only one currently. If you’re looking for a destination where you can work and travel simultaneously, the island is a great choice. For remote workers who prefer spending time outside, this is a great option. On the weekends, you’ll be able to explore the island’s beautiful nature preserves, which are just a short drive away from the city.

People no longer need to be based in a corporate office since more and more jobs are coming into their own homes. This paved the way for digital nomads to travel across the world and ushered in a new work culture worldwide. Travel destinations like Cebu cater to a new generation of passengers and settlers, including those from China. Coworking spaces have increased in Cebu City as a result.  We will talk about top 5 Coworking Spaces in Cebu:

    ASPACE Crossroads

Community-building is a significant priority of ASPACE Crossroads. Celebrations of significant holidays, themed events, etc., are a significant part of the company’s strategy. It’s a spot where visitors stay for a long time because of this strategy. There’s a specific TEDx host area there, too, where they hold some of their special events. Various styles of artwork add dashes of color to the sophisticated black, white, and gray palette that dominates the interior of the workstation. Pets are allowed, and there are secluded locations where you can rest.

    The Company Cebu

This coworking space in Cebu’s IT Park district is suitable in the heart of the city. This facility has a long list of perks and conveniences, but what sets it apart is its emphasis on developing a community. TEDx events, drink and lunch parties, workshops, and more are all part of their out-of-work activities. They also use a Facebook group and a community app to connect all of its members. As a result, it is much easier to meet new individuals and develop new businesses and other contacts. Many affordable Airbnbs can be found within a short distance of the property.

    KMC Flexible Workspace

An 18-story, 13,000-square-meter, rentable office space, KMC Skyrise 4 includes the Flexible Workspace. With a 24/7 IT support team and backup power generators, the state-of-the-art building has many internet connections. In terms of Cebu’s coworking spaces, this office building is among the most up-to-date. The pricing is quite reasonable. Additionally, there is a slew of community activities, workshops, and social gatherings.

    Coworking space called Openmind

Aside from being open 24 hours a day, Openmind’s location in Cebu City’s IT Park sets it apart from the competition. It is a favorite among young professionals who choose to work from home or at a place that allows for flexible hours. Freelancers and small organizations are the primary users of the facility. You might inquire about extra savings based on the time of day you plan to visit. For night and early morning shifts, they’ll typically drop their costs. Remember to book your private office in advance because they are quickly booked out. There’s a lot of modern furniture and a lot of tools to work with. On-site parking is also accessible at Openmind. The only drawback is that many of the desks are crowded.

    Altspace

It is a fantastic spot to work or study because of its minimalist design and food and drink options. The restaurant is owned and maintained by a local couple and can only accommodate about 25 people. Clean and cozy, with a family-like feel. You can get some excellent food and drink options as well as discounted workplace packages at this establishment. After a long day of work, you can rest in the lounge area and enjoy some food or drink some hot tea. Like other coworking cafes, the sole downside is that it’s only open to walk-ins. For larger parties, the cafe can be rented.
